About myShop Academy

The myShop Academy training program was developed by Webhelden (Web Heroes) Academy. Our training center is coordinated by Suzan Eikelenstam, author of the books Webhelden (Web Heroes) and Internetgodinnen (Internet Goddesses). Suzan is a jury member at the National Home Shopping Awards and a much sought-after expert in the field of e-commerce.

Our team of teachers knows all the tricks of the trade; they are all specialists in their own field, and they will get the most out of your webshop together with you. myShop.com offers its own program of courses. In addition to typical user courses (learning to work with the back office and our online editor), we also address marketing and PR, which are things that every web merchant encounters sooner or later. In-company trainings are possible as well; please ask us about the possibilities.

Our program is in full development. This year, we plan to introduce power lunches, to network with other webshop owners (learning from each other!) and to launch a knowledge base so our site helps you even better.
